Summer Dance 2008 - Day 1
429 announcements for the first day - this is an alltime record for one day in the 10-year history of the Summer Dance Festival. The 408 starts are also a record. But the high number of starts was no problem for the experienced aiders of the Summer Dance. All competitions could be arranged in time. One more improvement was the competition for popular sport dancers. The resonance was high and will be continiued next year.
The traditional end of the first day was the teammatch in latin dances. Only seven teams competed in the competition, but this was no reason for a bad mood. In the end, team TNW I was the deserved winner of the competition. Team Berlin was close to them with only half a point behind.
The whole final:
1. TNW I (87,5 points)
2. Berlin (88 points)

4. TNW IV (101,5 points)
