Directions
By Car
For those arriving by car we recommend the famous route planner on the web. Please note that the directions to the hall are not so easily
to find, therefore, we recommend the preparation with Google Maps,
Stadtplandienst or map24. A map of the area around the hall you will find
here.
Parking
Right at the Max-Schmeling-Halle are only very few parking areas available. Moreover, around the hall a pay and display policy is in function by the district management of
Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. From Monday to Saturday from 9 to 24 o'clock every hour you have to pay a parking fee of € 1.00. Unfortunately we have no control over these costs. We recommend
spectators use the public transport (see below). Participants recommended to plan some time for finding a parking space. Parking is possible next to the streets around the hall, in
the western part of the Gleim road west to the tunnel (Berlin-Wedding, no pay and display policy, walk about 400m) and the Eberswalderstraße (Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg,
pay and display in function, walk about 700m). Please note any holding and parking bans.
Public Transportation
The Max-Schmeling-Halle is also accessible by public transport. It is centrally located between the U + S-Station Gesundbrunnen and the U + S-Station Schönhauser Allee. In
addition, you can reach the hall from the subway station Eberswalder Str. There are the tramlines M1, M10 and M12, as well as the bus 247. Unfortunately, none of them stop
right at the hall. The distances of the footpaths are shown in the table below.
